The R50 Pathfinder comes with one of the weakest limited slip differentials of any Nissan truck offered in the U.S. with a breakaway rating of less than 80ft-lbs. Each limited slip differential has an identical clutch pack on each Side gear.

We reused the Pathfinder 3rd member housing after cleaning it up, as the Pinion depths were different from the Frontier to the Pathfinder, and the pinion bearings and oil seals were still good. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
